Malt liquor is the most disgusting beverage I can imagine existing next to Clamato. Also, for 2 counts of enjoying niggadrank, your Aryan card is hereby revoked.
Also, giant plastic bottle of OB Golden Lager and these tiny faggoty cans of something that was advertised as "rice beer". Kind of tastes like cider. _________________

From the past few days;
The first 3 on there I knew would be great. Greene King doing anything over 5% is sure to be awesome and Scottish ales never disappoint, especially when they've got heather in them or have really strong spicy/peppery notes to them. But the last 2 were a lovely pleasant surprise, I didn't expect the yanks to be so good at IPA. _________________ http://waronallfronts.blogspot.com/ |

Fraoch and Sierra Nevada.... love that shit.
Lately, I have been drinking Cigar City Jai Alai IPA. It's a local beer made in Tampa. It's quickly becoming one of my favorites. |

Just a friendly advice on what beer to drink in case you end up in Croatia over the summer.
Beers not displayed here taste like piss and make a hell of a hangover & cause loud bloodfarts ))
If you don't find these in yr Hotel/Bar or in a supermarket better order/get domestic liqueor/schnapps/etc
Old czech aka staro cesko brewery Daruvar ( not any other brewery - beware ) 2 versions : lager or red
Vukovarian Beer aka Vukovarsko Pivo ( brewery Vukovar ) 2 or more vers?- lager, dark? or 50/50? not sure about the rest x-cept for lager. pic:
Velebit Beer aka Velebitsko ( brewery Pazariste / Lika ) 3 versions ; lager, dark and 50/50 in same order as on pics:
Tomislav Pivo ( brewery Zagreb - pretty much the only good beer made in that particular brewery ) dark, heavy beer , 7% volume it might be too heavy for the summer thou
and If you happen to be stuck by unbearable thirst in citycentre of Zagreb make sure you visit http://www.pivnica-medvedgrad.hr/nase_pivo.html for their own brewed beers

| Goose Island IPA is excellent, not just the usual lemon citrus but bags of oranges there as well. |

I have a top five, but it's always changing. At present it runs something like this:
Old Freddy Walker (Moor Beer)
Merlin's Magic (Moor Beer)
Contraband (Jollyboat)
Milk Stout (Bristol Beer Factory)
1845 (Fullers)
If readers are ever anywhere near Exeter (Devon, UK) then visit the Bridge Inn at Topsham. Not only is this pub like a time capsule they don't sell any mainstream booze (especially not lager) and weekly rotate about five gravity-fed casks of real ale. It is my church. _________________ 'L'enfer, c'est les autres.' - J-P. Sartre |

Nice! That place sounds right up my alley. We're thinking of traveling in that area of England in a year or two and will definitely stop by during the trip. |
