Summer, time of refreshing easy-drinks from time to time:

St. Anton Sparkling Extra Brut Cider, 5.5

Made of Russian apples of cider selection (direct squeezed juice), natural carbon dioxide content achieved via secondary fermentation in acratophore (champagne tank method).

The result is extra-soft & extra-dry sparkling stuff which even champagne haters may appreciate.

How was the Cider?
Laying off the booze for a few days here!!

I'm fan of dry/brut beverages (actually mostly cannot drink stuff sweeter than semi-dry), so was great for me. Like all sparkling drinks I'd won't consume more than bottle at once, but good variant for Summer. I've actually stuck for herbal tea for a week before and today have to start organizing car repair, so in sober-mode as well...

Good , it sounds interesting.
I always like a medium cider..i've even tried what was called "Bone dry cider" and that pretty much tasted like a very dry white wine.
Tea's not for me ....i'll stick to coffee (or booze) hah.
