Devil Dancer (photo is not uploading properly for some reason that has nothing to do with my levels of inebriation.)
Courtesy of that scurvy dawg in Ohio. |

| Not sure where you're from but if you have the chance, do opt for the 15yo Solera Vat version or Nadurra for your next Glenlivet. Both are fairly priced and far superior to the regular 12yo. |

It was a gift, but thanks for the heads-up, I'll keep that in mind.
Tonight I'll probably end up like this:

i enjoyed it, it was around $4 for a single bottle though which seemed expensive to me. but Belgian ales are one of my favorites, this one in particular though was not as thick or as dark in color as i anticipated. also seemed somewhat bubbly for the style whereas other Belgians i buy are foamy and have a really great, lasting head while this one dissipated pretty quickly. would drink it again, but the bottles image mostly caught my attention since i'm trying various holiday beers while theyre in season.
unrelated but about the others, sierra nevada of course is good (IPA's are a favorite of mine) and the other seasonal beer i've never had. the pumpkin ale is definitely way out of season but i spent all of fall searching for it and finally found some leftover stock of it.
has anyone had that newcastle winter seasonal IPA? curious about it since newcastle is a big brewery and it seems out of the ordinary for them + i love IPA's any time of year. _________________ good users |
