Emperor ITNSE tape missing "Inno A Satana"?

does anyone know why it was not included? the tape ends after 'I Am the Black Wizards' even though the song is included in the insert. the tracklist is also not in order. i just got the Century Black pressing from 1995 and was told that all copies were missing the song. is this the only press on tape? can provide photos if needed. thanks for any help.

Yeah, I too have that tape and it's missing Inno a Satana. I also have the Emperor/Enslaved split on tape and it says "Emporer" instead of Emperor in the j-card. Both original Century Media presses. Confused

are problems like this common with old tapes they pressed? i think that the song is the pinnacle of the album and for this to be the only tape copy it's somewhat disappointing to not be able to hear the last song. at the time this was released, was there any discussion regarding the missing track or any explanation from Century Media? the tape still sounds great 18 years later and owning a black metal classic on tape is always nice, but that's a pretty big fuck up on their part especially.

I have other Century Media tapes from around that time (Mayhem - DMDS, Tiamat - Clouds, Samael - Blood Ritual, Samael - Ceremony of Opposites) and they're all fine. Those Emperor tapes are the only ones with fuck ups as far as I know.

I have the Australian version of this tape released by Modern Invasion Music, and ALL the tracks are on it (including "Inno A Satana").

I think the difference is that Daniel from Modern Invasion actually cared about the products he was putting out, whereas Century Black was just Century Media trying to make money out of black metal but not giving two shits about it

My friend had this tape a long time ago and he was pissed it didnt have that song. A fuckin travesty.....I can't remember but is it listed on the tape sleeve? I have the the misspelled mini album on tape.....I don't think century media gave Emperor the attention the deserved back then...

they included the song on the insert and the tracklist is also out of order. but considering that, i wondered if they cut out the song before press due to lack of space? the tape is old so I thought it could have been a possibility since I have newer tapes that are as long or even longer.

Unlikely, considering you can make tapes as long as you want (within some limits). I've got albums on tapes that are longer from the early 80's.

This album doesn't work without Inno a Satana. That's like Pentagram without Maneskyggens Slave.

Not sure but I heard that there is also one picture disc edition that is missing Inno a Satana?
