Is there anyone in the US interested in a copy? I'm buying some wholesale, and I'd like to gauge what the interest is before deciding how many copies to buy. The price will be somewhere between $20 and $30 postage paid per person, depending on how many I order, which is a little better than paying $40-50+ for one copy directly from Finland.
