Hey, my Ares Kingdom Failsafe MLP Die Hard is full of sparkling sand. The sound hurts while pulling the vinyl out of the jacket. And I can't clean it.
What's that stuff? |

It is vinyl dust from the colored vinyl process. Just clean it off. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

wash it with water and soapbar....
it works nice.
just take care of the center labels, don't let them get wet.
then you can dry your lp with a soft cotton towel. |

i used that "air in a can" shit and blew off the dust, then a very soft cloth with a little drop of vinyl cleaner i got from sleeve city
that did the trick. but don't forget to replace the sleeve the record sits in because that has some vinyl dust in it too |

I usually use distilled water and rubbing alcohol mix. I would avoid using bar soap since it will most likely leave residue on your vinyl. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

| Oh yeah....don't use the bar directly onto the vinyl, just the soap ! |
