| Check out the Impaled Nazarene/Driller Killer split. Impaled Nazarene playing Driller Killer stuff and Driller Killer playing Impaled Nazarene stuff. You'll get your d-beat war the ImpNaz way. |

Probably a good place to ask: I'm really into Discharge's debut at the moment. I remember hearing a dis-clone band that had a really loud, noisey, distorted sound. If anyone can tell me a few of the bands like this I'd appreciate it.
I think there are loads of them actually so excuse my ignorance. |

I know a shitload of vegans (even a couple with a vegan baby!) and they are really fucking cool people. I am not a vegetarian myself but try to eat 4-5 veg dinners per week for numerous reasons.
DISCLOSE fucking rules by the way, they were (are?) one of the best d-beat bands out there. |

I thought they were awful when I saw them in Berkeley. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

Chances are you've heard everything they've ever recorded, i.e a total of 8 short songs: 4 songs as the "Cracked Cop Skulls" EP (perfect), and 4 songs as the unreleased 2nd EP (not as good). That is all. There is no demo, no live tapes, nothing!
While we're on the subject: *SHAMELESS PLUG* I play in a d-beat band myself, check it out by clicking HERE. (tons of MP3s, videos...) |

TRIOXIN 245 - Sounds like Tank and Motörhead meets Discharge. Killer stuff. I recommend ALL their stuff.

trioxin dudes are pretty cool. my friend released their split with besthoven. and i'll be releasing the bastardator split in march. plus germ attak has been doing good. |
Hails! Yeah, they are really cool. Saw them live a couple of times... it's been a while now though. You're the one releasing the Bastardator/War Ripper split? Cool! Let me know when that's out. I am really excited about that one! |
that was suppossed to be the original idea but war ripper had there stuff stolen and have other things to take care of first. so we are going to do a war ripper 7" later on. now the bastardator split will be with Incisor from Cincinnati.. http://www.myspace.com/incisorthrash this should be out sometime before march hopefully. |

I saw their last show in Japan before Kawakami died, and Im a big fan of the records, but live they didnt really cut it. Had a ton of technical problems, with the 12 or so peddles and guitar amps. But when after about half the set they ironed out all problems they were Ok, but probably the worst of an awesome bunch of bands I saw in japan. |

Try playing the "Expurse of Sodomy" EP at 33rpm instead of 45. I put this on a tape by accident, but it fucking rules! Don't know if this would really count as D-Beat War Metal, but it's definitely "Sodomy and Crust" ha ha! I also like playing the Kill 7" at the wrong speed (well, I think it's the wrong speed). Anyone else have cool "wrong speed" records?
I'm vegetarian too; I don't really care about the whole liberal agenda, it's a personal thing and that's all it should be. Hitler was a vegetarian too, as well as a socialist, so maybe that's where the liberal agenda is headed... _________________ "Great holes secretley are digged where earth's pores ought to suffice, and things have learnt to walk that ought to crawl..." |
