Good to see that people are digging the CHAPEL release. The whole thing is a ripper album. If it doesn't want to make you go 1984 on the world then nothing will!

I've been waiting more than 3 years for a new Chapel release and spent a fair bit of that time actively tracking down a copy of their demo (which was surprisingly hard to find), so this is without a doubt the most anticipated album of the year for me. I'm listening to the stream now, and it's fucking awesome.

The band was initially to release the album through a different label and that was quite up in the air for a while, hence the delay for the most part. |

Killer artwork for the forthcoming Slutvomit album 'Swarming Darkness' by Marald Van Haasteren!!!
The album is complete and mastering has been finished by Dan at Resonance Sound Studios. The track 'Lucifer Unbound' from the album can be heard here !!!
Tribulation joins Invictus
| Quote: | It has been five years since the latest recording of Tribulation. We ended the last album cycle at the end of summer one year ago & have since been working solely on a new album. We want to say thank you & goodbye to our drummer Jakob Johansson who has parted ways with us during this process. A new drummer is soon to be introduced through this new album.
Once again we will follow the stream down
to Hvergelmer for the recording that is to take place in October & November in the fall of 2012. To our aid is also Necromorbus for this album as well.
It took us a long time to find the right labels to work with since we have a devious way of approaching that side of the business but we eventually found the right ones. We are proud to be working with Invictus Productions and The Ajna Offensive for the coming release.

Haven't heard from the band since the beginning of the year when they were to get together the new layout, master etc. They're not in a hurry but once I get the next few releases out I'll be onto them again to get it finished. |
