Not about the band at all but I hate... HATE when bands from today use the old washed out or obscured, 35 mm camera type imagery. That shit died with Vietnam. It doesn't make you any more psych or drugged out to photograph yourself like that.
I'd rather see a myspace glamour shot than another camera obscura pic. _________________

Me likes Uncle Acid. Kojiri, my man, the photos are cool and capture that 60's feeling perfectly, you don't have to mainstream all the kvlts
To the OP: There is a band from Birmingham called The Ghost, with former Paul Eastment, guitarist of Velvet Fogg, another band you need to listem to before you die. A must for all fans of psyche. |

It will be limited to just 50 copies. Our first album sold out and wont be coming back again. " |

I'm not defending Ghost here but Uncle Acid will become overrated as well with time. The LP is for grabs on eBay right now and it already reached a $122 mark with a few days left. Looks like the new 'eBay trend' right now is Rise Above Records. Just like Sombre and Northern Heritage was an 'eBay trend' for BM a few years back.
When it comes to Ghost I never heard of the band 'outside' the internet. Never seen anyone wear their shirts and I have not met anyone personally who has heard of the band or their music. _________________
