As it says, what do you think is the best or some of the best Slayer clones?
MX in the "Headthrashers Live!" compilation does a nice job.
Living Sacrifice debut is also good.
I would like to hear for more newer bands too... _________________ Unbound celestial assassins... |

Never heard any influences in Destruction...
But I ever thought that "The Unsane" with their great "Inverted Crosses" M-LP (I still need the picture disc ( ) version of that) was the biggest (and best) Slayer clone (in a positive way)... _________________

HYDRA VEIN - Rather death than false of faith...
And a dubbed greek thrash demo from the late 80īs where I lost the tracklist which sounded like a mix of Reign in blood and South of Heaven. |

Some older Holy Moses albums have quite obvious influences... _________________ Oh, what fun we have when we exist.

the latest album is excellent and has Slayer reminiscences. Many screams angel of death styled. But they have this kind of epileptic fury we don't find in Slayer. |

Hmmm, I don't know if you can call it a clone, but Recipients of Death really have something. At least on their MLP...haven't heard it a longer time now though... _________________

Yeah, HOBBS' ANGEL OF DEATH comes close, but I think INFERNAL MAJESTY's "None Shall Defy" is VERY much in the SLAYER vein! Especially when it comes to the title cut! _________________ "Slit my eyes, for they'll remember..." |
