I use Warhead for patches quite regularly. I've only had to email him when he had the old version of his shop up some years ago. Now he has a simple and accessible version where I can easily pay by Paypal without problems. They take a month to arrive, but that's South America for you.
I don't know whether ordering wholesale by email would be different, since you can get refunded via Paypal if the item doesn't arrive, but I recommend being patient at least. South America is naturally awkward for sending over to other countries in my experience.

I have to disagree with you here. When I send packages (and I've been doing it for years), they take merely 1-2 weeks to arrive. BUT, they won't if they're sent 2nd class which I think this is the case.

Hola Renzo, apelando a tu ‘experiencia de años’ cuanto tiempo se demora en ser encontrado y re-direccionado un paquete registrado? Por favor, un paquete enviado como segunda clase puede incluso ser entregado en una semana, ya que este tipo de envíos es hasta llegar a un tope de peso (container), muchas veces e enviado a solicitud del mismo cliente paquetes en segunda clase y fue entregado en una semana.
Este tipo de casos no solo se da a nivel PERU, es por eso que es recomendable enviar los paquetes REGISTRADOS.
Un tema muy aparte es cuando un paquete registrado no es encontrado, SERPOST se da la libertad de tomarse meses (casi un año) en dar algún tipo de respuesta, ellos deben ‘investigar’ si el paquete fue entregado a algún familiar o esta perdido, en ese caso a los usuarios solo nos queda ‘esperar’ alguna respuesta, mientras el destinatario solo puede pensar que fue estafado, En este tipo de casos, ambos nos vemos afectado, las cosas fueron enviadas y el importe de transporte pagado. |

Con cuántos paquetes perdidos y re-direccionados te has encontrado durante todas las veces que has enviado paquetes registrados? yo sólo he tenido ese problema una o dos veces.
El asunto es que en este foro las personas que escriben piensan que pedir cosas desde sudamérica significa que demorarán MESES en llegar cosa que tú mismo dices que no es cierto, que los paquetes incluso de segunda clase demoran 1 semana en llegar en algunos casos.
Lo que estoy tratando de decir es la gente de afuera está malinformada sobre un supuesto retraso del correo nacional, lo cual no es cierto. Si ellos esperan un paquete por meses pues entonces la culpa no es de Serpost sino de x motivos ajenos.
Es por esta desinformación que algunas personas en el exterior no desean hacer trades con gente de Peru, porque piensan o se les hace creer que el correo demora meses cuando no es cierto y tú mismo lo confirmas con tu mensaje. El asunto de paquetes redireccionados y / o perdidos es muy raro.

Específicamente en el caso expuesto, hacer intercambio con PERU, creo que es mas un tema PERSONAL y de CREDIBILIDAD.
Puedes vivir en cualquier parte del mundo y tener amistades que siempre te recomendaran a otras personas para futuros intercambios o lo que fuese, siempre fue asi, En este caso, es tu nombre y credibilidad la que importa finalmente.
No se con que continuidad haces los envíos o cuantos paquetes tienes que enviar semanalmente, pero yo me e topado con casos que el paquete me es regresado del mismo país por que en SERPOST ‘lavaron’ la dirección, como lo lees, ‘lavado’ lo malo de todo esto es que nunca explican como paso, lo único que queda es presentar una carta de reclamo y esta sea atendida en el tiempo que 'ellos' crean conveniente. |
