I'm in Berlin now and snagged Legend's "From the Fjords" and some Gun Club vinyl at Dodo Beach.

Hoe that's cult enough for ya.

Check out the flea market at Mauerpark (Prenzlauer Berg), it's held every Sunday. Can't really remember the metal selection since it's been at least 6-7 years ago that I visited, but there's a bunch of vendors selling good second hand records including rarities, so definitely not the usual thrift store fodder. I remember being impressed with the krautrock / psych selection on offer if that's your thing.
