Also filed a claim against me for over $200 in shirts. He withdrew the claim at the last minute. |

This rip-off is also using another email address, which is benedict_dark@mail.ru - Elena Dark.

Made him a purchase, everything went smoothly until he told me he didn't receive Paypal payments, so he asked me to send money via Western Union or cash in letter. I suggested Moneygram, send it and never got a reply since then.
Yeah I know I should never have send the money that way but it was rare stuff and all. To make things worse, eGay is not allowing me to leave feedback because more than XX days have passed. Omega bummer.

Recently some rat faked the e-mail acct of Henry/ Metal warning Recs and spreads the e-mail posted below.
Beware it's not him:
This message is coming to you with great depression due to my state of discomfort. I came down here to Manila, Philippines with my family for a short vacation but unfortunately,we were mugged and robbed at the park of the hotel where we stayed. All cash, credit cards and cell phones were stolen off us but we still have our lives and passports.We've been to the embassy and the police here and they have done the best they can. Our flight leaves in less than 48hrs from now but we are having problems settling the hotel bills and the hotel manager won't let us leave until we settle the bills. I am contacting you to ask for a short loan which I will refund immediately I get my family back home safely. Let me know if you can help.

Long story short, He won a BLOODFEAST CD from me and got a really good deal on it too. He then lectures me via PM on how to properly ship a CD in the mail. Sounded so familiar I had to check and YES, name and address matches.
This same rat tried the same thing with me last year: messaged me to "send the CD well protected", then claimed it was damaged in the shipping and asked for a $10 refund. I saw from his feedback something similar had been going on earlier so I contacted another seller who confirmed the exactly same story. So I told this asshole to fuck off and lost nothing. Reported him to ebay and I think to Paypal too. Definetely you should do the same. In my case he used ebay ID thrash*metal |

He bought some stuff, wanted specifically no track and trace, no jewelcases and even asked me multiple times for more lists of low priced stuff, so I sent him some cheap overstock list; all in all he ordered for 45 euro. I sent a package, and surprise surprise, after a few days already some emails "where's my package, can you send the trackingnumber, the package is lost" etc etc. Of course I replied "sorry dude, you didn't want expensive postage with track & trace". He opened a Paypal dispute + claim right away. Luckily I saved the receipt as proof of sending (still not a track & trace number) and wrote to Paypal "buyer didn't want registered mail, but still here's my receipt" and decided in my favour

Had a similar experience with this dork, he kept bombing me with stupid trade offers ("my Ukrainian bedroom bm cd-r against your Warloghe LP but ONLY if in mint conditions, YES?? We trade??!") until I told him to fuck off. More evidence of that people who can't speak basic English should be avoided like the pest. Engrish = clear sign of mental retardation.
