Matter of viewpoints.
For instance I never had problems to order with Heidens Hart and many others mailorders and distros. Anyway "not answering" to e-mails for long periods is not a good signal in general at all.

- 17th of August I ordered merch from them. Status "processed".
- 6th of September I requested status on my order by e-mail. No answer.
- 19th of September I requested one more time. Got following answer:
"This week it is being sent".
- 23d of September I requested status once more. Feedback from MOD that the merch in my size had to be re-printed.. Very strange, because I ordered the stuff farely soon after its release.
- 12th of October. Still no stuff received.

Was this for the recent Mutiilation LP re-issues? I received them all fine. There was a bit of a manufacturing delay I think, but received about 8 weeks after payment. |

In my book he is trustworthy. I bought 1 record from him but he delayed sending it because he had a motorcycle accident. When he did he included tons of free stuff.
Also we had a chat after me getting the record and in took him some months to reply the last email.
He told me he was out of town the whole time so that's why he was that late with the payment
