Any details about this?
This guy bought a Morpheus Descends CD and Leukemia demo from me on ebay and now a month later cries about "package not arriving" with the usual Paypal claim threats etc.
He didnt ask for registered shipping but I still did it as I had "that feeling" about this guy because: a) stupid excuses for taking long time to pay and b) Italy
Ebay used ID is withoutgod88
Tracking service clearly shows date and even time when he has picked up the package so of course this is total bullshit
No surprise googling his name resulted in a thread called "PEOPLE TO AVOID"  |

| Selling CDs or records on eBay now, I just can't bring myself to do it anymore. The amount of thieves and rip-offs are almost as numerous as the legitimate buyers, so it just isn't worth it. I stick to discogs, where people try that shit less, or private sales now. |

the reason i gave him a refund is because he filed the paypal claim and i didnt want it to go the full way where paypal automatically refunds the person because that restricts your paypal account in certain ways for a few months. i didnt wait it out because i could tell by the way he was acting that even if the records had arrived or arrived in the meantime he was just going to ride it out to get his money back. total slimebag.

This fucker is all very silent after I provided him the tracking code and all details about the shipment. I suppose he's been simply too retarded to understand it's a registered package he has been picking up. Didn't report ebay/paypal yet since I didnt actually lose anything but I guess it won't hurt report this pathetic attempt anyway.
Btw its not the first time this thread proves to be useful. Had the pleasure of wishing Shay Elimelech a nice one way trip to Treblinka a while ago too when he tried buying something from me so thanks for the heads up!!! This was his reply:

Avoid the faggot mentioned by HotBlack, he tried to scam me without success.
Also avoid the following guy, he ripped me off on a trade one year ago.
We made the trade and he answered only once after 2 months with the excuse that Russian post returned parcel and that he would ship it again.

Yes, 8 positive out of 80 transactions most likely, and those people he ripped off or didn't pay don't get the chance from eBay to leave negative feedback.
One of the worst decisions eBay made was removing the negative feedback option for sellers. Ridiculous..

Curses have been flung to this faggot and his associates. He received a shirt on eBay, with registered mail, knowledge of the USED condition before purchasing, and emails exchanged confirming he received it. He tried to file a claim upon delivery stating it was not in the condition stated threatening to keep the merchandise as well. PayPal knows I've spent over $50,000 through them with a perfect financial record and IMMEDIATELY sided with me without providing any proof and closed the case in my favor in 10 seconds.

Last night, Shai Elimelech from Israel won a D666 7" off me on ebay. I saw the locked thread about him and don't have time to read through it all at the moment.
Quick question - is it possible to cancel an ebay sale before receiving payment, without it affecting my feedback score? I'd rather not deal with him.
