In my experience, yes. I recently purchased a couple of CDs and a 7" from them and everything went well. Maybe not the world's fastest service but reliable and pretty cheap.

If you are a SELLER, I also recommend in case of fishy behaviour to demand the BUYER to send as gift, because in this case, it's impossible for the buyer to open a dispute. Paypal says "sorry guy, you've paid him a gift so he did not have to do anything in return ( = send a package), so you can not open a claim". So I second Loki on this!

German Paypal doesn't have a literal "gift" option, but something similar that is called "Dienstleistung/Sonstiges" (Service/Misc.) or such. Same function though.

I suspect he sold a bootleg Behexen demo recently - he wouldn't answer my question if the cover was pro printed or not, just said that it was double sided which can be easily done with a copy machine. |

Ebay user "Liametal" from Ireland, anyone deal with him/her?
They put in a item not recieved claim against me, stating that the "deadline" for them to do so is Jan 7th, then on Jan 4th they said it was the final day and put in a paypal claim.
Either they mixed up dates or I caught them in a flat out lie. You know what they say about liars, liars , rats & thieves.
I could be mistaken tho if any of you have had good transactions with this person? This makes me miss the old days of money orders as there is WAY too many Paypal item not recieved tricksters out there these days!
Edited to add: Anyone notice that these non-item recieved paypal tricksters NEVER ask for a replacement tape to be shipped or even suggest thus matter? All they want is a refund. Suspicious!
