| Don't know but while we're at it, does anyone know if their stuff is band-sanctioned/bands get a percentage or something? I have a feeling it's not, and that's fine, but I'd like to know if I'm going to order from them. |

I know this is old BUT I need to know too if they are reliable. I want to buy a couple of stuff, expensive stuff, so I sent an email to them. I didnt receive answer. Then I sent a second mail (asking for combined shipping) and they answered saying yes, so I sent back the list of stuff I wanted. That was already 2 weeks ago exactly and no answer back... Anyone ever purchased from them???

If they can't even make an effort to get your money, how much effort do you think they're going to make after they've already got your money?
I know that this is just conjecture, but I wouldn't do business with a distro that can't be bothered to answer questions about potential sales...it just seems like a great way to set yourself up to be ripped off.

I ordered some patches from them and got them the next day. They are just a couple hours away in Phoenix.
They rarely answer any emails. |
