THE HAND OF DOOM - POISONOISE LP

This stuff is amazing!!!! It can be listened on the vibrations of doom site.

Take a listen and look the cover and find out who was heavily influence by this band....

If any one has this album and can do me a copy please send a PM or a e-mail. Thanks!!

Anyone into Blue Oyster Cult? Which would be a good album to start with?

A little off-track here..

Electric Wizard - Witchcult Today (sounds so 70s, no one would know it was released in this age if they weren't told so) Very Happy

Now I'm starting to wonder if after years of listening to the most extreme filthy punk and black/death metal if I'm going to end up going full circle and start rocking Tull, T Rex and Mott the Hoople...the exact music my parents rocked while I was growing up Embarassed

I'm gonna be getting 20 or 30 new obscure 60s/70s titles in the store this week.

Thanks! You may be getting some of my money then... Wink

I've been looking online all day and it's tough to find anywhere in the US that specializes in this stuff where I could get a bunch on one order. Still gotta wrap my head around what's been reissued on LP and what is CD only, what is "collectible", what is not... but you guys turned up some great leads on what I'm looking for, thanks!

Thanks! And yes they'll all be solid obscure titles and as far as I know (after investigating) legal copies (no bootlegs). If you go my site, click "Browse By Album Date".. it will show you all my older stuff first starting from 1969.

Dunno if anyone gives a shit but I live in the hometown of Mott the Hoople and was born in the same hospital as some of the members. In fact a local shop not long ago was stocking some of their old costumes.

Anyway I've done some of my own investigations into this sort of stuff and though a few of these bands have been mentioned, I can't be bothered filtering them out. Also some are more blues music but still worth hearing:

A FOOT IN COLD WATER; AC/DC; AEROSMITH; ALAMO; ALQUIN; ANDROMEDA; ANGEL CITY; APRIL WINE; ARGENT; ARGUS; ATLANTA RHYTHM SECTION; ATOMIC ROOSTER; BAD COMPANY; BANG; BLACK OAK ARKANSAS; BLACK SABBATH; BLACKFEATHER; BLIND FAITH; BLODWYN PIG; BLOODROCK; BLUE CHEER; BLUE OYSTER CULT; BLUES CREATION; BOSTON; BRUCE & LAING; BUDGIE; BUFFALO; CACTUS; CAIN; CAPTAIN BEYOND; CHILD’S PLAY; CONCEPTION; CONEY HATCH; CREAM; DEEP PURPLE; DEMIAN; DIABOLUS; DIAS DE BLUES; DUST; EL RITUAL; ELF; ENGLAND; ESPERANTO ROCK ORCHESTRA; FEEL; FLOWER TRAVELLIN’ BAND; FOGHAT; FOREIGNER; FRACTION; FRANK MARINO; FREE; FREEDOM; FRIJID PINK; GERMAN OAK; GOAD; GOLDEN EARRING; GOLIATH; GRAND FUNK RAILROAD; GRANICUS; HARD STUFF; HAYSTACKS BALBOA; HEAD OVER HEELS; HEART; HIGH TIDE; HIGHWAY ROBBERY; HUMBLE PIE; ICECROSS; IGGY & THE STOOGES; IRISH COFFEE; IRON CLAW; IRON MAIDEN; JACKAL; JACULA; JERICHO; JERUSALEM; JOE PERRY PROJECT; JOSEFUS; JOSEPH; JOURNEY; JPT SCARE BAND; KAHVAS JUTE; KISS; KIX; LEAF HOUND; LED ZEPPELIN; LINCOLN STREET EXIT; LUCIFER; LUCIFER’S FRIEND; LUV MACHINE; MAGI; MAGNUM; MEMBERS OF MAYDAY; MICHAEL SCHENKER; MAHOGANY RUSH; MASTER OF THE AIRWAVES; MAY BLITZ; MEDUSA; MOLLY HATCHET; MONTROSE; MONUMENT; MOTT THE HOOPLE; MOUNTAIN; MOXY; NAZARETH; NECROMANDUS; NEW YORK DOLLS; NITZINGER; ORANG-UTAN; OXYMORON; PALADIN; PAT TRAVERS BAND; POOBAH; POSSESSED; PRIMEVAL; PRIMEVIL; QUEEN; RAG I RYGGEN; RAINBOW; RANDY HOLDEN; RAM JAM; RARE BIRD; ROAD; ROBIN TROWER; RORY GALLAGHER; ROSE TATTOO; SALEM MASS; SCORPIONS; SIR LORD BALTIMORE; SKID ROW (70s); SLOWBONE; SPOOKY TOOTH; STARFIRE; STATUS QUO; STEAMHAMMER; STEPPENWOLF; STEPSON; STRAWBERRY PATH; STRAY; STRAY DOG; SWAMP GAS; T2; T REX; TARANTULA; TARANTULA HAWK; TARKUS; TASTE; TEAR GAS; TEMPEST; TESLA; THE FROST; THE HAND OF DOOM; THE JAMES GANG; THE JIMI HENDRIX EXPERIENCE; THE SENSATIONAL ALEX HARVEY BAND; THE SWEET; THE WHO; THIN LIZZY; THREE MAN ARMY; THUNDERMUG; TOAD; TOE FAT; TRAFFIC SOUND; TRAPEZE; TRETTORIOARIGA KRIGET; TRIUMPH; TRUTH AND JANEY; UFO; URIAH HEEP; URSA MAJOR; VALHALLA; WARHORSE; WARLORD; WARPIG; WEST; WICKED LADY; WIDOWMAKER; WISHBONE ASH; ZZ TOP

The Firebirds
31 Flavors (same band as firebirds)
Wicked Lady
Iron Claw

Some of the best music ever made according to me:
Pärson Sound
old Swedish psych drone rock, from the late sixties, this stuff is heavy! sounds like psych doom.
