yes of course I like "Genesis..:" better myself, the AR album is a little bit too chaotic, even for LUST standards, which says a lot. Laughing

I might be in one of those pics of Ouroboros live, I can't tell though 'cuz it's not a very clear picture(the first one from the right) I was at that show in Edmonton back in 2000. I was like the only one headbanging to some real Metal, everyone else were a bunch of wimps who had no clue what the fuck was going on. Hail Lust and Ouroboros. I've known those guys for just about 10 years now and I can tell you they are DIE-HARD Metal worshippers.

This is a great album. Once you know it (takes several listens), one will realize that it's a really well written piece of music. Not only are the songs full of really well hidden hooks, but the approach taken for almost everything is unique and well thought out.

Actually he probably is. His band has a member of Ouroboros.

Correct you are.

If someone is interested, I have restocked a LOT of copies of the original "Annihilation...Resurrection" CD. First press, not a reissue. Limited 500 copies, 200 were given to the band and for promotion, these ones I have should be the last ones available.
They go for 9 euros, email luca AT irontyrant DOT net

When I have money, expect me to be ordering from you.

Haha, I can imagine that quite well.

I myself like LUST a lot, but always found OUROBOROS a bit better (especially their "Invoking the Worm" Demo). We are working for a CD/LP release of that band, but the main person I was in contact is in prison now, but as soon as he will be out we will develop the negotiations (if they are still interested).

I am still in need of that split release with Horna, btw...

A member of Ouroboros made it pretty clear on the FMP forum that any Ouroboros release that comes out would be completly unofficial. If they changed their mind then great but that's what they said...

You should release that stuff that's only been available as mp3s so far.

Contact B Symic on this forum if you want to talk to the band.

Mine is a CDr with pro sleeve notes and art/text printed onto the cd.

Well, I already got the stuff for what should be released and I am sure/I hope when time will come everything will be developed until a final result. Don't know about that story at FMP-forum...

What stuff is it that you're releasing?

EDIT: I have the Horna/Ouroboros 7" and might trade it. You can send me your tradelist or see if you have any of my wants (see list in trade section).
Or you can bid on it here: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=180227040015

I have to check the Master CD, but I guess it is that CD'r they have released (which should have been a split, I am right) and some additional bonus-tracks. But I have to take a look soon.

I will have a trade/want list ready in a few days...

I was wondering where that Horna/Ouroboros split came from on eBay.

As for Ouroboros, the songwriting was pretty off the wall and chaotic as the riffs. It is unfortunate that the original line up never released anything beyond demo quality.

'Circling...' must have been recorded in a studio and I'd guess so were those leaked tracks.
