I was wondering, what's going in the DC camp ?
It's been 3,5 years since Graves Of The Archangels came out. Time for something new sooner or later I guess and hope ? An EP, split or full length in the best case.
I gave the full length a lot of spins the last 5 days, pure death metal excellence.

"At the moment we don't have a rehearsal place and since it's too hot in Greece the band is taking a break for a couple of months. I hope to start working on new material in September, we already have a few songs completed."

4 years then... It's an awfully long time and yet it's perfect in a way: great bands take time to release fantastic albums.
So let them take their time and deliver a monster of an album...

The comment I am about to make has no intentions of being negative or anything...
There are so many great bands and albums constantly being released by so many different bands it is hard to really give a damn about any single band anymore. There is no end to the massive list of devestating bands I've been discovering.
Good or bad, I don't know. I've just found it hard to focus on any one single band these days when there are so many different band names but all doing something worthy of hearing. No end to bestial death magic, thats my new coined phrase, use it if you like... otherwise, yea... fucking wicked albums constantly being drawn into my lair and abode and domain and Empire of darkness and sin and vile existence.  |

I thought they were gonna release a new one before the end of the year, but it looks like we have to wait. But as posted above that is ok cause there is a ton of great shit coming out this year still.

Mostly agree with that. Maybe there are few exceptions regarding bands which are above the others. It's both good and bad: good because quality is there, bad because bands can't have a lot of recognition since they are very numerous. This is not limited to the bands, there are also 3 millions labels/distros today.
