I was very surprised when I saw issues #1 & #2 in Barnes and Noble... I thought my little self contained metal world had been infiltrated!

Did you really see them at a Barnes & Noble?! #2 possibly, but #1 I doubt. If B&N is selling it anywhere that's news to me...

I've enjoyed all three issues, mostly because of the choice of bands covered ,but some of the writing is starting to make me cringe. I don't like KISS at all, but I tend to read everything in zines so I happened to read the KISS album 'reviews' and it was seriously the most infuriatingly pretentious pseudo ironic/funny garbage my eyes have ever had the displeasure of reading.

Don't know what you're talking about, this is probably one the best zines i came across lately.
If you want a zine that is full of Evola quotes and Mutiilation worship there are plenty of them out there. Few jokes won't kill you. If you still have a problem, call the hipster police and sacrifice your copies to nataS.

I love jokes! Some of it's funny, but then there are just paragraphs after paragraphs of verbal diarrhea that goes nowhere and becomes grating after a while. I'm still looking forward to the next issue and think it's a good rag...I'm just going to have to start skipping anything with the initials SV at the bottom. I think Mutiilation sucks a big one, too.

This is what I do with the magazine. I was also irritated by the Kiss reviews, I couldn't make it through a single one. I'm curious to know who, besides the author, enjoys reading that kind of thing.

Aside from that though, the new issue is great. Loved the TS, RTB and Cirith Ungol interviews.
