Not trying to be a jackass or anything, but how the hell to you add groove to an instrument through the mixing desk? | That will always be a mystery. _________________ [quote="harmless"]There's nothing worse than a 45 year old man in a Darkthrone T-shirt and a receding hairline. I totally dislike Open Air Black Metal festival because:
A. Black Metal bands performing in bright sunlight
B. Great risk of shitty sound quality because of wind etc. _________________ www.new-era-productions.nl |

Great festival once again. Saw some good performances and met cool new people. The German sun proved to be too hot again, I prefer the Finnish model. Maybe you should add some more groove to your sun to make it more tolerable.
Sound was OK for me most of the time. I mostly stayed at the back so maybe that helped (and had better access to beer).
For me the most intense experience was Denial of God. Urfaust was also magical but I was pretty wasted when they played (maybe that only added to the magic?!?). Sadomator also killed! The only band I was REALLY interested to see that I hadn't seen before. Sadly they did say it was their last gig.
Was anyone at the Slaughterhouse gig in Berlin with Nuclear Magic and Diocletian? Was the first band that played Svartidaudi? The material seemed interesting, but the band was unknown to me. It was a very nice venue btw. Unfortunately I was so broken after the festivals I could hardly stand. Good gigs though. _________________ www.gorephilia.com

That was indeed Svartidaudi. |
