Anyone on here check out the Vallejo Rasputin location? How is the selection when it comes to metal?

I've been wanting to check it out since it's closer to me than the others, but because it's in Vallejo I worry that it's mostly gonna be hyphy bullshit.

I think every Rasputin has a metal section. The one in Berkeley sometimes has good stuff on the wall. I bought a Possessed seven churches combat press for $20 last year.

the ones I check out occasionally (Campbell, Mountain View, Stockton) will usually have some decent stuff but mostly with regard to CDs. I've never struck gold with any LPs, really. What little vinyl they stock is usually mainstream although I've seen NWN releases and other oddball ones here and there. I will say that Amoeba trumps Rasputin on every level.

years ago at the San Lorenzo location I found tons of great stuff for $1- $3. No one that went in there bought metal so it was all mine. Probably bought 200+ metal records there over the years, though I'm sure it sucks now.

I frequent the one in san jose on bascom. Besides the bad stench of musk, the metal section is always killer
