|
|
The first 2 releases from Unholy Design Records are unleashed. Ethernal, the truly English-sounding Black Metal band who have been quietly forging their craft for 7 years and Speirling, a relatively new project who present us with a unique take on early Black Metal.
Samples can be heard at www.myspace.com/unholydesignrecords
...and a track from each band will appear on the covermount CD of the forthcoming May/June issue of Zero Tolerance Magazine (this Friday).
Band/label information and further samples:
www.unholydesign.com
www.myspace.com/ethernaluk
www.myspace.com/speirlingmusic
Prices are £11 / €15 / $22 US (inc. postage) for both CDs together or £7 / €10 / $15 US (inc. postage) each. Visit the shop at www.unholydesign.com to purchase. If you use a different currency or don't use Paypal, contact us for alternative prices and arrangements.
Unholy Design is also looking for labels to trade with worldwide and Zines (both online and print) to review the releases. Interested parties - please contact Unholy Design via one of the above websites. |

there is a typical english sound?
??
I can understand when people labelling something as "south american style" or "east european style" because they differ a lot from the usual US, Scandinavian or anything but I can't get an idea of "typical english black metal" _________________ Good/Bad traders list

Perhaps it doesn't exist yet, but speaking on behalf of Ethernal, their goal is, and always has been to develop one. Whether they achieve this or not is up to the listener. |

I'll give them a listen.
I don't know if this is the case on many metal guys but when I see a bandname I don't like I'm not really tempted to give them a listen. Speirling sounds more obscure and original (partly because I don't know what that means) e.g. than the word x+word y combinations _________________ Good/Bad traders list

| Pretty stupid in my opinion! Bands should play music instead of trying to get famous! |

| The phrase "world class black metal" cracks me up, haha! "world class" usually describes a hotel or a golf course or something... |

everthing about both these bands suck. weak music, imagery, and throwing words around "world class" and "original" isn't helping.
Goat Molestor....thats some real UK metal right there. |

Agreed on Goat Molestor!!!
Regarding typical English sound? Try boring, uninspired, suicidal copycats and the like...
There are a few good ones but generally they all want to be Xasthur or an inferior copy of other suicidal bands... |
