I had thought of this same idea for a thread but personally could only think of Bolt Thrower.
I see a few people have listed Enslaved. I haven't heard the last few. I liked their progression but feared they were about to go off the deep end. Is it safe to pick up the last few? |

ENSLAVED was never the same after Eld, which is their best offering imo.
Mardraum was ok, but all the rest didn't gain my interest. _________________ Good traders: 0%cured, Cutterofgums, s.charlach, peterott, ins88, Mysticus, HELLTHRASHER, CR99 |

since many arent staying within the framework of the thread and its just becoming a list of the same bads over and over, heres the topic again:
1. bands that have MORE THAN 3 ALBUMS
and
2. every release they put out is FLAWLESS. |

I tend to ignore the fact that Carcass released anything after Necroticism.
Death turned boring to me after Human. |
i was only kidding....in my book God Cries is flaw in the asphyx catalog though by no means a worthless album. liekwise i think its quite a stretch to say that the carcass and death catalogs are flawless.

Heheh, ok.
Damn, it already gets difficult, don´t you all think?
I wanted to mention Sadus but honestly, I am not too fond of the stuff after "A vision of misery".
Somebody mentioned Vomitory I think, I would agree on that.
When venturing into slightly different styles I would like to give credit to Esoteric... each album is an inhumen crusher, they even get better and better in my opinion. _________________ Oh, what fun we have when we exist.

| I'm going to throw in INQUISITION. Their four full-lengths are all brilliant as far as I'm concerned. The material before the albums isn't quite as good, but still awesome.. |

I think exactly the opposite.
The full lengths didnt do anything for me except maybe the first one.
The MLP and demo are fantastic. _________________ Good/Bad traders list

I like the thrash stuff a lot, really catchy riffs. Some of the stuff after is some of the best/most unique BM i've heard, but i'm still struggling with 'Magnificent Glorification of Luficer'- the production lets it down a bit and the songs aren't as possessing as the first two albums. The latest one kills though
Also gonna add:
DEICIDE (I even like the 'shit' ones )
BLASPHEMY
ESOTERIC (good call!)
PAGAN ALTAR!!!!
JUDAS PRIEST(except Turbo)
MORTUARY DRAPE (last one is good if you ask me..) _________________ INTO THE DRAPE.. |

I agree that Magnificent Glorification of Lucifer was a bit of a dip in terms of quality, but I still think it's a fantastic album. You're right about the new one though; I haven't been able to stop playing it since it was released. |
