| The 'demo only' thing is a terrible cliche, but I thought 'Under Ein' really sucked compared to the demos when it came out. Maybe another chance is in order. |

| cliche or not but demos were far superior to the debut. the sample is ok, though. |

I can't understand why anyone would prefer the demos over the album but anyway..
This song needs more FROST. Cold. Ice. Norway. Black Metal. It sounds way too safe but since this is only a demo I'm hoping for the best. _________________ Sic transit gloria mundi |

What album are you talking about? UNder Ein Blodraud Mane is just a collection of demo songs, recorded with a better equipment, which completely lacks the true BM spirit that made the 3 demos something unique in the old BM scene. I personally know why people like this album better than the demos, but I don't wanna offend anybody by saying why, I will just keep it for myself. _________________ Good sellers: Iscariah, Grav, Madcow, Necrogoat |

Because it sounds amazing, right? Wink wink
Whatever, tastes differ. If you want to say something you can say it though. _________________ Sic transit gloria mundi |

What a retarded thing to say. I prefer the album because the atmosphere is thicker and it sounds better to me. What other reason would there possibly be? |

| Dusted off the album last night after reading this and remembered why I disliked it. It's way too 'bright' with those horrible Fruity Loops preset drums compared to the dark, murky sound on the demos. The loud, eerie bass lines are gone as well which kills it for me. I actually really enjoyed the transistor-radio sound quality especially on Maanens Natt. |

WindsOfApocalypse's answer makes sense but this one not really. I'm just adding some humor here. Please elaborate, I am very interested in comprehending your point of view. _________________ Sic transit gloria mundi

Different taste aside, but I think it is safe to say that anything they have recorded/released after the debut album is plain crap. Hence I am looking forward to this "back to the roots"-effort. It can only be better than their previous efforts. _________________ Solitary Elitism:

Well, truth is I do love those releases as well but that's my point. If someone doesn't like 'em, it's ok. But why does that make me a "poser"? Because I admit I am actually enjoying this music? Anyway, I guess my way of thinking ends up very very different. _________________ Sic transit gloria mundi |

Eh? What word do I not know the definition of? I'm too old and lazy for internet-photoshop-posting humor.
On topic: New track sounds okay for what it is, but pretty forgettable. I'm still hoping that Strid will come up with something new that's actually good, aka has loud, great bass like the 7". |
