Portugal's finest. Always impressed by the level of feeling and decayed atmosphere this band projects yet you seldom see them discussed these days despite continual excellent material. ...o Mundo Morreu! and ...Relembrando um Túmulo Esquecido in particular stand out to me as brilliant releases as well as the Krieg split.
I had the privilege of visiting Portugal recently and this bands music will definitely be inseparable from the memory for me.

Discuss.

NH projects were always more interesting than CC itself, that's for sure.

Great band. Found out about them because i really enjoyed Irae, and saw Vulturius was in this band as well. Wasn't dissapointed.

I love this band, especially for their flaws! Im merely into the first two albums and eventually sold most of the CD split releases, since I focussed on the albums anyways..

"Your Funeral" took me some time, because i was at first annoyed with the dual vocalist formula of every dude sings a verse after the other.. got over it quickly and still enjoy it for the morbid atmosphere and the danzig-ish wibe among all the Black Legions Worship(especially Decadent Suffering)

"Coffin Desecrator" feels more varied in concept, more over the top in the distinct vocal performance of both and they enhanced the certain goofiness of the style in some songs (like BLACK SKLULL CRUSHING METAL!!), though the darker songs sound even more sorrowful and sincere (like the outro)

I still have to check out the more recent stuff..

Since Coffin Desecrators" got reissued on vinyl, i wonder if this might also be the case for the debut? Though I doubt theres a big demand and Elegy don't seem to be the best label to get things licensed from I suppose..
