And not to mention the fucking brokerage fees they'll charge. Fuck UPS.
Oh, and I cannot imagine how heavy all 14 LP's would weigh. Shit. |

I will have to get saving for that Esoteric set. Whatever about the price, it will be hard to find a place to store it! Maybe use it as a fashionable piece of furniture! _________________ www.myspace.com/wothesperus

Esoteric CDs suit me fine, I can't imagine flipping LP after LP would have the same impact as sitting through one of their albums uninterrupted, lets face it: those double cds would have to take up 4 sides of vinyl. I'm eager to see how the box set turns out though.
Anyone seen these guys live? A mind blowing experience every time.. one of a kind. _________________ INTO THE DRAPE.. |

Seen them about 6 times, fucking brilliant everytime!
I'd love to own this, it'll be expensive no doubt, but I don't think it will be an unreasonable price. It's a shame they didn't include their demo in it, as I personally think it's as good as their earlier albums in one way or another. They're one of the few bands I like all releases by though, but as Bestial Aggressor said, it might be a pain in the arse flipping side after side. I expect the artwork to be cool though! |

not really...i mean really if you are disciplined enough to start saving some cash for it now (which i am probably not) then it wont be that bad. you already have a heads up that its coming out. it would likely be much more expensive if they sold each release separately. few bands are worth this kind of treatment and i think esoteric is one of the few that is. i have wanted to hear their work on vinyl for years.
im more worried about it selling out too quickly. hopefully the high price will cause it to stick around awhile. |

that isis box set was sold out the same day i think. only limited to 600 copies though. doesn't seem like that much considering how popular they are. hopefully the esoteric box set is limited to 1000 or so... |

I'd love to own this, though I highly doubt I'll be able to afford it even if I wanted to set aside cash for it. However I imagine it will be limited to much less then 1000, seeing as for a release of that size AD would have to press 14,000 LP's.
Quite the undertaking for a release though, can't wait to see pictures! |
