Both covers have a semi gloss to them but no heavy stock.

...yes, as the rest of Northern Sky releases. Don't worry you're owner or legit ones.

Does anyone know, are those real or boots?

The S.V.E.S.T. tape has handwritten number below at left corner, just didn't catch in the shot.

Secrets is a boot. The numbering is not supposed to be like that.

Suspect it's a dub (grrr) as I would have guessed it should have been on red paper (second picture); anyone who can confirm?

The Final Punishment issue of Savage Poser Hunt demo has a red cover. It was distributed as a DIY edition with pro covers and cdr master. All copies of the final punishment edition will mostly likely have different tapes for this reason. The paper is not photo copy though it is pro printed that is how you can tell if it is that version of the tape.

Got this tape maybe 15-18 years ago from Barbarud (Maniac Butcher / Pussy God Rec.), and confirmed that he got it from Storm...
But you never know.
It's Agfa cassette and xerox B/W cover.
Both sides repeat the same tracks.
Anyone own this demo?

My copy is on orange-ish paper; can't remember if the cover is glossy or not.

Most of the Master's Hammer demos were just dubbed and xeroxed as demanded. There was no single run of them. There was multiple tape brands used.

They should not really be considered collectors items because fans also dubbed them for friends at the time.

It probably is an original one from Storm. Mine looks similar.

My SVEST - Scarification tape is on red hard paper, just like the scan on Metal Archives. Some things are different, and it's not dubbed with the same tape brand. I'm pretty sure it's a legit copy. Maybe more than one version exist.

The Abhorer is original, it is exactly the same as mine.

Yes, I always doubt about this S.V.E.S.T. tape. The red one is seems to be coming from label, while my copy doesn't include any info about the publisher. Maybe few copies exist though, the one self-released and the one comes from the label.
Glad to hear that Abhorer is probably original Smile

This is my one of my S.V.E.S.T. demos. Cover is xerox on regular red paper. The cassette (which I stupidly forgot to include in the pic) is one of those regular blank/no brand/clear shell ones.

I got my copy from Salsten but it's not an original. He dubbed it after the first run. Still legit, though, I guess.

I used to have both red and black/white versions of this SVEST tape in stock, got them from Gorification themselves, so I guess the ones in the photos are legit.
