Almost every band on your list does NOT have any shirts currently available in distros. (Unless we are expanding the definition of "distros" to include bootleggers selling on ebay.)

I strongly disagree with that.If you browse around a lot, you are likely to find atleast one label/distro site where it 's available.I mentioned that because it wouldn't make any sense buying a used Shirt from someone when you can get a brand new one for the same price.Maybe you're talking only about U.S. based distros and labels.But as far as ebay is concerned, it serves as a great tool when someone offers you a Shirt and claims it to be limited or ultra rare or meant for friends of the band/tr00 fans etc.Besides that some labels actually sell great stuff via ebay stores and you obviously cannot call them bootlegs.Just for an example, check out the killer Impiety tour Shirt on Pulverised Records' ebay store.Another funny thing is that they don't have a Clothing section on their official website at all.
