I hate when people come to tell me that something is "Folk Black Metal" when it's lyrics certainly (most of the time at least) don't have anything in common with black metal. |

What's up with people calling war metal a trend? I have never in my life seen a bunch of high schooler kids walking around with blasphemy and conqueror shirts... never in my life. I have however seen a bunch of poser high schoolers with darkthrone/emporer/immortal shirts on.

It's a more recent trend, that's probably why. Also, it's more of an "online" thing (since most of these tryhard pseudo-kvlt fags probably never attend shows) Just log on to Facebook and you'll see a bunch of teenage fags/cunts in Blasphemy, Morbosidad, Teitanblood, Beherit, etc shirts.

Any poorly composed hybrid/crossover crap can go fuck itself. Practically every single "folk metal" band consists of retarded drinking song rhythms, lame as fuck "metal riffs" (the same fucking riff) and some "flute breakdown".
