I don't know about 'oily', but that tanning coat they put before competing seems more of a neon orange these days then it did in the 70s. I seen a few in person while I was at a fitness expo earlier this year. Looks like a bad Jersey Shore tan.
Also, working out to 'intimidate' others is not the right reason to work out/stay fit. You'd be no better then the football jocks/mongoloids in the pitts tackling everyone.

Not really a powerlifter (I can deadlift 2.5x my bodyweight and squat the same, bench no idea never tried) but below is a picture of me. Just to prove a point, really, seeing as I did talk earlier in this thread about lifting etc.

Picture was taken last week, so it's a new one. It's not like I've dreamer bulked since and reached 30% bodyfat.  |

Does it really need a picture to talk about hobby, just in which this case is lifting weights? Do you need to take a picture of an lp, every time you're telling how good it is...just as a back up? Maybe there should be a rule to post a picture of every lp you're posting on playlist thread just for a show...

It's different if you're talking about weightlifting. Talking about records is different, nobody is going to disagree with you about whether you own an LP. However, if I claimed I could squat 750lbs raw and never posted a picture, or video, of proof, the claim means sweet fuck all.
Well that's how the online bodybuilding forum I use sees things... |

Sure, I do understand that with crazy records like that..However I think its funny that someone on metal forum would have something to prove about his hobby. Professional bodybuilders/lifters and serious trainers are a different thing. As if it would be something really spectacular and previously unheard if people who listen to metal are going to gym.
