Jesus (guy who runs MSUO, not the guy with the crown of thorns) is a good dude. Usually pretty prompt on answering e-mails too - if you're wondering about an order, just drop him a line. He's been pretty busy lately with something so he may just be a little slower than usual, but yes, 100% reliable.
