Running Wild "Mordor" and "Chains and Leather" are classics in my book. I would recognize those 2 songs right from the start. But then again this album got at least a 1000 plays in my life time. I'm not exaggerating, the tape version stayed in my walkman almost exclusively throughout high school.
And let's not forget Sodom "Conjuration" and "Ausgebombt".
And Turbo (Poland) "Kometa Halleya" and "Bramy Galaktyk".
Also Sepultura's "Territory" deserves a mention.
There's more but those are just from the top of my head.
