As far as why Dimmu Borgir sucks, the number one reason isn't their image, it is the fact that they have a lead keyboardist instead of a lead guitarist. _________________ http://sethbennettillustration.blogspot.com/ - Artwork and graphic design

| I still can't forgive Hellhammer playing for Dimmu Borgir. He's had some shitty projects, but Dimmu? Fuck... money whore. |

Probably was a good pay cheque, and why not do it ?
Dimmu is still better than power metal or nu-metal. |

I would say it's worse that he played in "Antestor" yeah, check them out. It's a good laugh.
I like a lot of Behemoths material, although I rarely listen to it nowadays. Their two latest are boring though.
Sventevith, Satanica, Zos Kia Cultus and Demigod are the ones I like.
Can't stand their image though. _________________ Todays modern science is your modern religion. |

wasn't aware he played in that band... not listed on Metal-Archives anyway ! But wow, strange, considering the guy always maintained a very anti-christian attitude. Oh well, hahaha. HH did one good album, couldn't really care about the rest... |

I read it in some interview with Hellhammer once, said he and the guys from Antestor were good friends.

| I dig the dm era Behemoth. Doesn't blow my mind or anything. The triggered drum sound is atrocious especially on Demigod. The drums do sound more natural on Evangelion for what its worth. |

It's more because he's actually friends with some of the members, strange as that may sound. If you care to remember, he was working with Vortex in Arcturus way before he joined Dim Sim Burger _________________ Ignivomous merch: abaddon_963[at]hotmail.com

For some reason I thought Hellhammer became a 'born again Christian' long time ago. _________________

So touching. I almost cried.
Is there even a bigger attention whore in metal than him nowadays? |

Erik from Watain... or...no wait...Ghost seems to be on the NWN! forum list.
But seriously. I'm sure it was a life changing experience for Nergal. It's hard to put yourself in his situation because you would have to go through it to know what it is like. I had a friend who died at the age of 22 to bone marrow cancer. It sucked watching him die slowly and how he changed as a human being. They ended up amputating his right arm to save his life but less than a year later he was dead. It's not Nergal's fault that the media is all over this. He's fighting a court battle with the Catholic church so he is a well known individual in Poland. The headlines read "The one who praises death is thanking the donor for saving his life", etc.
And yes he decided to make money doing what he loves. No point in kicking a dead horse. Emperor, Dimmu, Satyricon.... the list is endless. _________________

only becouse of this Nergal public meeting with donor there were over 5000 registrations for DKMS in 2 days so it's all about getting more and more bone marrow donors so it;s really good for everybody as you never now whos next with this shit _________________ Looking for :

Yes, most likely. And made him turn back to his old friends too:
