Iron Bonehead did the European pressing. I am doing the Americas pressing. Both of us will swap copies so anal collectors have the option to buy both versions if they wish.

I think the layout is pretty much the same except the side 4 etching is different.

Book jackets are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. It'll take about a week to clear US customs. If all goes well it'll be released by late next week.

I picked this up in Into the Void yesterday. Wow! What a beautiful piece of work. The packaging is almost as heavy as the music it contains. Just glad I didn't have to fork out for postage....
