Looks great!
Minor complaint is that the letters somehow disappear in the surrounding details, a bit more white space around them might make the logo more readable. Then again, I excel at nagging, harhar.

Made me remember the BLACK ANGEL logo...
I guess the "ZINE" word could be done draw or hand designed...
Inserted in that way rest force to the whole concept..
