Not as bad as some people claim. I've had more problems with the UK, Poland and Italy. _________________ The only email I have access to is nwnprod (at) gmail (dot) com. I do not have access to my old Yahoo addresses.

Really? UK is easily the smoothest international country I've sent/received stuff so far.
In other news, I sent a standard international parcel to The Netherlands that got there 2 days after shipment. Was pretty cool. My buddy told me Antwerp is a major international mail hub in the EU, and we live near a major one here in the USA (Jamaica, NY) _________________ http://www.fallenempirerecords.com/

This, never had problems with sending or receiving packages or latters. It just takes its time, considering I'm located in Iceland. _________________

I see "Jamaica, NY" on about 90% of stuff coming from the US to Canada when I check the tracking info |

Chicago is another one. When I lived in Pittsburgh most of my international packages seemed to go through Chicago even though that hub is a) further from Pittsburgh and b) further from the end point if going to Europe.

| Strange ways...A package sent from Italy to Bulgaria, first goes to Belgium or Holland, and then all the way to Bulgaria. |

Did one cd trade to Mexico last month. Other guy wanted me to send it registered, but in Finland registering costs so much that not everyone understands it. So I sent it unregistered and if it doesent get there, I offered to sent another cd. Its STILL cheaper than sending registered letter to overseas.
If it would be bigger parcel, then registering would be wise. But not in some "one cd without jewelcase" -trade.
BTW, that cd hasnt arrived there yet _________________ Mors fennico more |

I agree. I had a problem with Mexico last year but the guy got it about a month ago and the postmark was dated June 2011.
I've actually had more problems with France and Germany. Germany seems to indiscriminately send parcels back even when the customers go to pick them up from customs. Horrible system there. _________________

The mailmen are probably among the most respected public workers in Mexico. I am talking about the delivery guys. The office guys can be a pain in the ass. Cities with over 100,000 people are most likely to have no problem. I will probably use Google view to see where it is going. And yes, registered mail from most places to Mexico is very expensive. Also, with registered mail, there is a big problem with staples. _________________ Unbound celestial assassins... |

Parcels to Mexico sounds like the title of a bad indie movie _________________

Not shipped anything to Mexico, but I'm still waiting for a package that had been sent in January, registered. After nearly 3 months of waiting, a replacement was sent, also registered, and still none of them have arrived. _________________
