| I was wondering about this band. I enjoyed their side of the split with Nocturnal Graves. With the demise of Nocturnal Graves I was hoping HS would stay together and keep making some of that badass shit. Any news on a full length or anything? |

Last year their second guitarist left the band so I don't think they are too active at the moment.

They are still active, we are sharing a rehearsal room with them and they seem to be rehearsing quite a bit actually, and also looking to record the first LP as soon as possible. The recordings were supposed to be done this summer, but Goat left the band just before entering the studio, so they had to find a new drummer. Also the 2nd guitarist was kicked out of the band (after the gig I linked as youtube videos earlier in this topic).
We are currently working to set up a gig with HS and a few more killer bands this year here in Kuopio. |

Hail!!
It could be time to some updates and news regarding Hellspirit
I'm the new guitarist of Hellspirit. We have also new drummer. We have done one gig whit this lineup in Kuopio, Finland, and it went pretty good.
One confirmed gig in the future in The Darkness Festival IV in Tampere, Finland 6.7.2012. whit, Archgoat, Pagan Rites, Kadotus and Black Feast.
Last weekend we completed recordings of LP. In a month we start mixin it. It should get out before end of this year. Accurate release date will be announced as soon as we know it.
If someone has something on his/hers mind regarding Hellspirit, feel free to ask, and i try to answer

Both. But not all of those youtube clips. And Wicked Ischanius, who was recording it, told us that the LP was one of the best sounding records that he has been making.
But if you want better info on that you should ask some "outsider" who has heard it, like mr Noisehunter. He/They probably have neutral view on it.
