Rasputin the Mad Monk. Some hokey shit, but quite fun.

The HBO movie about Liberace with Douglas and Damon. More gay than Bareback Mountain if you can believe it. Good story though.

Also finally saw Last Days Here. Bobby looked like he had one foot in the grave. Tortured genius is an understatement.

I ordered "The Police Connection" aka "The Mad Bomber" with Chuck Connors from Code Red DVD:

Looking forward to seeing it again. I think Something Weird released it on vhs under T.M.B.; I remember it being pretty over-the-top.

Awesome poster!

One of my faves too. The dialogue is intense!

Maniac- the remake with the midget hobbit in it. I've not seen the original, but this was pretty entertaining I have to say, and hobbit was quite convincing as a creepy 'maniac'!

The Holy Mountain- Been meaning to watch this for literally years. Some quite interesting scenes and some absurd and funny moments..then the ending...! I'll have to watch it again soon though, as I started watching it at 4 in the morning and was falling asleep towards the end!

True Romance. Still one of my all time favorite films.

Even though its short as hell, Gary Oldman plays one of the best rolls in his carreer in this movie.

Watched a movie called "The Skin I Live In". One of the most bizarre movies I have seen yet. Summary of the plotline:

Doctor's daughter who is mentally ill gets raped
Doctor finds rapist and turns him into a beautiful woman via sex change
Doctor falls in love with the beautiful woman.

So strange...................................................

Thats a good film, Antonio Banderas is pretty good in it and the girl is hot.

That is my review.

Just watched The Cremaster Cycle 1, 2, 3, 4 & 5 by Matthew Barney.
Five pieces of experimental cinema, killer stuff if you have the time to watch properly.

In the second part I discovered that "The Man In Black" track performed by Dave Lombardo on drums, and Steve Tucker on vocals/bass accompanied by 200,000 bees. Interesting stuff...

Here's that bit of the movie http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EUWFhLn_SIc

Furthermore, this track along with another piece off the soundtrack are pressed on a 12" pic disc in gatefold. Too bad the price is way up there...

Anyway, interesting art series, well worth watching if you're into more avant-garde cinema.
I also recommend Drawing Restraint 9.

6 months after seeing in theaters i bought the dvd of :

Pure poetry, I was gonna say "not for everyone" but since there is a long scene with a Ramones song everybody should be able to enjoy at leats 3 minutes of that movie!
