Agreed. I wonder, however, if they will ever follow up with yet another sequel although I doubt it.

Supposedly a new Freddy vs Jason is in the works

Yeah? Would that include Ash from Evil Dead as well?

Deranged: Confessions of a necrophile (1974).

Popped in this classic and re-watched it for the first time in at least 3-4 years.
While not being the most accurate depiction of Ed Gein, this movie still has a special spot for me. Probably one of the most atmospheric horror movies out there for me, especially the scene where the girl enters his house after he has left her in his car only for her to discover his macabre collection of corpses strewn about the dining room.

Weird little Lovecraftian/cult/supernatural mindfuck. Feels like a nano budget but works on quite a few levels.

File next to Southbound...and your Cthulu underroos.

Saw this as well. About one third of the film was very promising and enjoyable, especially around the rope battling part in the dark. But unfortunately, the occult aspect wasn't explored further and the film went into another direction I was hoping for (SPOILER! The main plot element time loops felt so recycled and tiring).

agree. still, a nice watch
a fascinating thing is also the connections with the directors previous film, Resolution, that is also worth to check out

Not that I've heard. But I highly recommend the Freddy vs Jason vs Ash comic books

@numbers stations: Yep, that was kinda my introduction to the Kmovies, been a sucker for them ever since. Since Im working constantly night shift, Im also getting into a few Korean tv-shows, like "Stranger" or "Defendant". But if you have any more reommendations, Im glad to hear them.....

That's the only Korean slasher/thriller movie I've seen quite honestly. It was good though, and I've been meaning to check out more of 'em.

Ant-Man and the Wasp. Wife and kids liked it but I did not. First one was pretty good.

Just picked up a set with this, The Rape of the Vampire, The Shiver of the Vampires, and Requiem for a Vampire last week. Been drawn to Rollin's low-budget strangeness lately.
