(I am not in the hurricane zone either) postage markings will tell all whenever it does show. I'm just glad I didn't bite on all 3 releases as I would be REAL annoyed having my personal funds tied up this long... hate to say it, but you should really quit doing the pre orders and just wait for the official announcements once a release is actually ready for sale. that or turn the label into a kickstarter account instead.
$3 off the next pre order as condolences? what a deal |
Next time ask your mommy to pay. Jesus fuck I couldn't imagine trying to run a label nowadays with whiny little faggots like you crying about $20 as if it puts food out of the mouths of your kids. It's a god damn record from a reputable label. You'll get your shit or your money. Fuck off. |

| Preordering means that in addition to things working smoothly there will also be delays, pointless inquiries and the occasional dissatisfied customer. Such is the nature of preorders. Labels & record buyers not happy with this should just move to announcing & ordering stuff only when there's dope on the table (sorry for the lame tv reference...). |

As I said before, while I myself know very well that pre-orders = fail, you pretty much have to pre-order anything where the kvlt factor is uber-high. Otherwise it sells out on pre-orders and usually heads straight to ebay.
That aside. Kramer your message has been received loud and clear. Seeing as I'm an unfit supporter as you put it, I don't think my money would be fit either.

That's the paypal account I sent it from, you can just refund it. Again I'd much rather have what I paid for (and am willing to wait until you go and deal with said USPS failure at sorting center), but if me trying to support you directly by buying it from you is that offensive to you then I'll do the right thing and accept a refund. This way some die hard SSP supporter sitting in the dark someplace and not giving an absolute fuck about anything at all can have my copy. _________________ www.wintersolaceproductions.com

Mr. Winter Solace,
Satanic Skinhead Propaganda & sub label releases are not the same as Call of Duty titles, pre-orders will not be delivered upon release date. Evil wants you to find the balance between like you said the Necroharmonic art of not giving an absolute fuck about anything and stern, upright, stressful, aryan, organized communication and getting off the ass skills.
Smoke blunt, relax, mailman knocks on door clutching the long awaited Pain Nail ep. _________________ shit I want |

| Couldn't this all be avoided by simply providing the buyer with a confirmation number after you ship the package? Plenty of labels do this, I'm pretty sure paypal even has a way to automate it and if you print your postage online then theré's really no excuse not to do it. |

This can take a lot of time especially since SSP is only being run by one person and the label doesn't have a website with customer accounts on it so if he ships 100 orders in one day it would take him a few hours to put all the tracking information into paypal. I just got back from the post office I shipped 5 packages it will take about 20 mins to send people / update paypal with the tracking info.
If I was running a label I wouldn't bother providing tracking info unless someone asked for it. |

This whole ordeal could have been avoided if Kramer had responded to the e-mail I sent him saying "There was some mixup at the sorting center, I gotta go and speak with someone there when I return from my art expo in LA" I don't care if it takes 6 months to get here, I've pre-ordered stuff and forgotten it before. Hell even posting in this thread saying "I'm in LA right now, have no way to answer e-mails related to web hosting I will deal with all of this when I get back" I was just wondering if it got delayed again, or if it was sent and held at the post office in my area (or worse inspected like media mail parcels sent to me are, and Miko decided to put his random pedo/fetish images in the artwork) so I can go and get it....
Instead he chose to ignore my attempt to just ask go on the internet and bitch about how anyone who complains when there shit doesn't show up shouldn't support him, shouldn't interact with him, shouldn't own his shit, can fuck off and die etc. etc. Obviously, I'm making an inquiry, he doesn't want my support, so I'll take a refund if I can't get the shit I payed for....
Paypal does have an automated system to inform you, most online shopping carts have an online method to inform you. I mean a run a label, a very small microscopic one in the grand scheme of things. I understand his frustrations (however the amount of people I deal with is much much smaller in comparison), dealing with people (bands, customers, labels) is the worst part of it all. People will order stuff, I'll never tell them it's sent, they will e-mail asking, I'll be annoyed but I'll tell them when it's sent. I understand you got shit to do.
But going on the internet and telling anyone their support isn't wanted because they complain/ask where there shit/care about the shit they purchased, I think is just pointless. If anything drives away people from supporting you, but I forget this is black metal.... _________________ www.wintersolaceproductions.com
