Vinyl is nice news. But why always new cover art? _________________

That made my fuckin' day!
It must be Seth Siro Anton's idea to change the artwork, as the originals are his work as well.
Hopefully they'll keep the original artwork for the vinyls.
Finally. _________________ http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Flight-Of-Sleipnir/267879219900772 |

Changing the artwork is usually a bad idea. _________________ Helcaraxë - Epic Heathen Death Metal

I would buy most of these when they are reissued on vinyl. Love Mystic Places of Dawn & ΕΣΟΠΤΡΟN (“Esoptron”) but agree that I would like to see them with the original artwork. _________________ Seance Records

It is, but then again we're talking Seth Siro here and he's pretty awesome with his artworks. Not a lot of variation, but still. I would assume he's gonna do something great for their own releases, rather than the recycling stuff lying around. We'll see. _________________ http://www.facebook.com/pages/The-Flight-Of-Sleipnir/267879219900772 |

He is a brilliant artist & newer fans or people that have never owned these releases won't know the difference but I suppose the fans of these original releases become attached to the original look & feel of these albums. As is the case with most re-issues where the artwork is drastically changed. _________________ Seance Records

I'll be picking up all of them. Maybe even doubles for those that wanna trade, I adore their older material I've never heard any band besides Phlebotomizec conjure that other worldly atmosphere in their music. _________________
