Hi, here is my problem, i hope somebody can help me :
I just bought an item on discog, the seller is from USA and i'm from E.U. He sent me an invoice, but when i try to pay him with my paypal account (through discog), paypal asks me to register a credit card (visa, mastercard etc...) to be able to pay.
The fact is, i don't have any mastercard or visa, i send money to my paypal through basic banktransfert. I have money on my paypal account and i don't understand why i should register a card to pay.
Anyone with a solution? thanks in advance. |

| That's odd. I would just go to send money in PayPal itself and put the guy's account name in. Shouldn't have a problem paying via your balance that way. |

Why ask the Internet, if you can actually ask Paypals Customer-Service?

| send the money manually with Paypal, not through discogs. If that doesn't work, you first need to have funds on your account. It's possible the seller blocked that sort of payment option in his preferences |

Thank you all, problem solved. The seller send me a payment request throug paypal and it worked. I think it had something to do with the USD conversion.
