| Just received mine. Looks great but I just wish these were shipped double boxed. Mine arrived with some damages. There was a big hole in the box probably due to the weight. A tip for those that are getting the Absu boxes, order 1 or 2 instead of all 3 colors. The box will probably not be good enough to protect. |

Where did you order it from? Have you contacted the distro? If it was me or Ted, I know we'll fix it. Have you tried emailing someone?

I ordered from Ted but I didn't think the damage was bad enough to warrant action. It was just a bit disappointing to get these in less than perfect condition for something that's $70 a piece. |

Like I said, I'm sure Ted will fix it whether or not you think it's minor damage. I once had a customer who receive the NME set with a seam split (seems one of the LPs got left in the jacket). I didn't know this until I met the guy and he told me about it. He didn't tell me to get it fixed but I sent him a replacement anyway. The point is, and I think Ted will echo this, that we take this serious and believe you should have it in good condition, especially considering the amount of money involved.

I was salivating for these three releases, but due to lack of funds I just went for the Depravity double LP, I have high expectations as The Crypt puts out such nice records...I just hope the Absu Lps don't sell out too quickly and I can get a copy.

I think you're nearing too late status. I know Ted is out and so am I and I'm sure a lot of the other distros (even in Europe) have sold most, if not all, of their copies.

I don't blame Ted at all. It is the USPS's fault. I just wish these were double boxed due to weight of these. That is all. In fact, I've been ordering from the Crypt for a few years now and I have always been happy with the customer service, shipping speed, and all that other good stuff. And I will continue to order from him. |
