| got the Embryo/Stigmata LP yesterday. As expected the gatefold sleeve is too small to accomodate the damn LP. GZ been making records and sleeves for a bit more than a minute now, it can't be that hard to print sleeves that will fit a record in. This happens with every record they make that has a gatefold. All the NWN, Crypt, Blood Harvest etc. gatefolds are too small. It's not like this happens once in a blue moon, they routinely fuck it up. It just leaves a sour taste especially because labels like The Crypt, NWN, Blood Harvest and others put work in their releases just to get amateurish bullshit in return. I don't wanna come across like I'm hating on NWN, Crypt etc. These labels strive to release good product and the manufacturer just don't bring it. The labels and ultimately their customers deserve better than that. |

Agreed. It's a shame labels release quality stuff with a sub-par manufacturer. All that hard work with the awesome good looking graphics and they get a faulty product. Either too small, or too warped on the inside, which eventually warps the records too. I wonder, doesn't it bother you label people too ?

Well I guess I cant say Ive noticed that before cause I dont store my records in their jackets. Ive heard that it helps against ringwear.

the 180g don't help in that regard but the sleeves are even too small if you just want to slide in the innersleeve without a record. |

I always only ever use plain or polylined sleeves and they go in just fine for me. As far as the printed inner sleeves, I know they can be a pain to fit in the jackets which is why I never do them.
