| Ordered some vinyl stuff on ironbonehead yesterday when I saw the first Desaster LP listed in the news section for a price of 22 Euros. No idea if it also included the 8-page booklet as well. I was wondering if this is some kind of re-edition or just a "fan club" bootleg release? Does anybody know more about this? I know there was a CD re-release some time ago including a slightly different layout but that's kinda "mysterious"... |

| Hm, I see... Of course the first album is quite rare nowadays and has never been repressed on vinyl so far, but a bootleg? Wondering what the vinyl sounds like. I remember the original release was a little "weak" concerning the mastering process. As for the booklet I doubt it can be reprinted without the original layout data. Not only because of the small details on the pages but also because of the fact that the ink coverage was so high (about 95%) that we had to find a letterpress printing machine to get this done (I was responsible for the layout back then). Took three months and many attempts to realize it... |
