Purtenance and Convulse are good bands but when compared to the aforementioned, they don't stand a chance. I'd even put Rippikoulu and Disgrace above them.
World Without God and Member of Immortal Damnation are still killer albums though. Finland's "weaker" Death Metal albums are still better than most.

Does everyone always have to be hip and choose some band that's not in the polls? 
Sure there are bands like Rippikoulu and Funebre who are great, but the bands listed in the poll are the ones who are universally known as the leaders and Gods of the Finnish scene.
Why not just go along with it?

Depravity, Belial and Funebre are killer.. but better then Demigod, Demilich and Sentenced? No way. Slumber of Sullen Eyes and Nespithe alone put those bands to shame.

Yeah, it would be a disgrace (haha) that someone opened this thread and discovered a band that wasn't listed in the poll...
I think Funebre were more relevant than, let's say, Purtenance. But hey, I wasn't complaining at all, I said that my vote for Demilich was cast.
