Saint Vitus SST vinyl reissues on Ebay?

Been seeing Vitus LPs pop up on Ebay, supposed reissues on SST of the s/t and Hallow's Victims...no info anywhere on the internet or the SST site it seems. Are these available anywhere else but from some fucking twat in Israel on Ebay for $30?

sounds like a boot....i could be wrong. but it's funny cause i've been seeing a pattern of bootlegging developing in israel lately.

BEWARE, there's some bootlegs of those around now! I saw a severely bad counterfeit of their debut album in a record shop a couple of months ago, which came in blue vinyl, and boy, that cover was badly xeroxed!! Even talking about "GZing" doesn't come close to that b-shit!!

There was a thread at the Hellride forum a while back about these...and I think the general opinion were that these are bootlegs...I'm wondering why a bootlegger would put the SST logo on them?

I guess it's really no surprise seeing how the fag label has been refusing to reissue these for ages. At least sell the rights or something, I'm sure somebody would want to do it nowadays.

I suppose they're cheap shit? If not I'll pick 'em up since there's no real reissues in sight and I'm running out of patience trying to find the originals, has anyone heard the sound?

There can't be a bootleg LP scene developing in Israel for two main reasons:
1. There is no vinyl pressing plant in Israel.
2. There is no proper metal vinyl scene in Israel, so not much point in it, the guy probably bought it in some distro from abroad and thought to make a quick buck.

I saw the bootleg in a store here. It's really badly done. I haven't listened it though, so I can't comment on the sound quality.

I saw one of these yesterday in a shop, the S/T one. I suspected something fishy about it. The graphics on the jacket are extremely blurry.

Did SST ever release this without the embossed logo? The LP I saw didn't have an embossed logo.
