hellthrasher. you were standing right beside me at both shows and they played webs of perdition both nights. chuck said they were playing different new ares kingdom songs. he said that ofc only rehearsed w.o.p. so that was the only song they played all three nights.
also, the tension or whatever that you were reading into their stage presence is probably inaccurate. from my conversations with the members, all were pleased to have the opportunity to play on the same stage again. |

Yeah apparently so then!
The new A.K songs at Embrace the Hate were really awesome. Signs of a promosing new album already!
I dunno, Pete just seemed to have this hardass character following him around at both shows.
Not saying he wasn't approachable, since he did sign stuff for me and other friends of mine.
Well whatever the case, as long as no one started swinging after the set, then it's all a success to me! haha _________________ Addicted to Leather and Speed!

agreed on the new ak songs. they played one new song, "incendiary", every night and it fucking ruled. they rotated in two or three more songs over teh course of the tour. all were excellent. i have no doubt that the next ares kingdom lp will be magnificent. hopefully they will begin getting more of the praise that they truly deserve. |

No shit.
I was quite suprised at the 'bigger' turnout they had in L.A then San Marcos.
I didn't think many heads out there knew who Ares Kingdom were. But then again, most were out of towners.
But still, AK is not much of a talked about name amongst Metalheads unless you're really into it and such. So to me that was suprising to see the turnout they deserved back in L.A
Chuck was pleased for sure. Said L.A was the best crowd from all 3. I wasn't in S.F, so I cant determine if it was bigger or small then San Marcos.
Were you there? _________________ Addicted to Leather and Speed!
